Charita Knox2024-02-20Please don’t work here they are unprofessional they will tell you your working one place then have you working somewhere different there manager Kim will give unnecessary points and try to make you work 10 hour shifts so she can get over time even though hire ups have told her countless times that she’s in another department the lady in hr Liz never responds to you and this place is just a mess they don’t even give you a grace period like most jobs moral of the story don’t work here it’s horrible unorganized and I don’t recommend!!!

Dyana Melton2023-05-24If u r a driver coming here, coming from west, make sure u turn left onto PA-133, take down to Gordon Dr, turn right (tight turn), follow Gordon down to Pottstown Pike, turn right, then go past the extended stay hotel, make next turn and u will be at shipping/receiving. Welsh Pool rd Doug gave me awesome directions
Paul Borczykowski2023-02-13Terrible service, my bose air ride seat stop working and they won't even accept my warranty claim not to mention fixing the seat that cost almost $3,000. That's after talking to manager Drew Lewis. Never buy seats from them.
edward komito2022-06-03In my opinion this place is really not very friendly to Truckers. While the main entrance has very large signs that trucks must unload at the docks, they only have a very tiny sign indicating where the docks actually are. Presumably, FedEx UPS and similar services are likewise not welcome except in the dock area.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes, your vehicle will be covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance. Additionally, we have our own contingent cargo insurance, which protects you for up to $250,000 should the trucker’s policy fail to fully cover a valid claim.
When is the vehicle going to be picked-up?
After an order is placed, we search our car carrier network to find a trucker to transport your vehicle. We will assign the best one available and give you an estimated pickup time. The trucker will call you to confirm the details ahead of schedule.
Can I put personal items in the car?
You can put personal items up to 100 lbs. in a box or single piece of luggage that will be in the trunk of the car during transport.
Can I track my vehicle online?
Online customer tracking is not available. For the most accurate, real-time location information on your shipment, directly contact your trucker for updates or email info@usasafetycorp.com.
When will my vehicle be delivered?
When you place an order, you will receive an estimated transit time for your shipment. This will give you a window for when your car will be delivered. Transit times depend on moving distance. With each delivery being unique, it is possible that your car would be delivered faster than the estimated transit time provided.
